Mason Jar Lid 12
I've reached the finish line and it's here on The 12 Tags of Christmas, tag 12. Hosted by the fabulous Linda Coughlin at The Funkie Junkie and sponsored by her store The Funkie Junkie Boutique.
Linda's work inspires me to recreate her tags in a close resemblance to colors and textures and then adding a personal touch of my own. What I loved about her tag was the wood texture, the window, the foliage and the red pops of color.
I embossed foil tape and applied to the rim of the mason jar and coated with Gesso and then DI paints.
Elements were cut on my Silhouette Cameo and then later decided what I could make work on the given space.
A closeup of the scene I've created in the window.
Thank you so much for your visit.
Hugs and Happy Crafting,
Lisa x

Well done you :-)

Well done Lisa, fabulous creations again for this year. It's been such fun again. I'm just finishing off #12. Merry Christmas and thanks for sharing all your fab creativity xx
I love window scenes! What a beautiful last ornament!
I'm looking real hard and thinking if I could pick one, just one, which one would it be....it's impossible to say that one is more beautiful or well executed than another, because the all are. But I don't have a real tree and my fake tree is black with silvery details (compromise with hubby to get a tree at all, it's really elegant and cool though), and I think number 5 would be perfect with these colors...
Will you decorate your tree with these ornaments this year? If yes, please share a pic!
Another outstanding and clever creation! Wish I had even a little bit of what you have in your pinky! Love the entire collection, absolutely impossible to pick a favorite!
Wow Lisa, look at all of these all so stunning, I must give this a try
you are so talented

You did it! You made all 12 and they are stunning! PINNING!!!
These are so amazing! I have loved following along each week as you have created them. You have certainly inspired me to raid my mom's canning shelves, so I can make some, too!
Well done. All twelve are superb. I love the window scene in No. 12
Congratulations my friend you did it! It has been fun checking it out just to see what you where going to come up with next and you did a good job, I'm impressed! I knew you would do something spectacular with this one, Lisa! And you didn't disappoint. I love the little scene you created behind the window. And the woodgrain wrap on the canning ring is inspired. I'm delighted to have had you play along with my little challenge again this year. 12 ornaments down and the finish line crossed - congratulations on an amazing body of work
Sending warm wishes for a blessed holiday season to you and your family!
Hugs,
Linda
WOW - truly stunning! I love the little scene you have created - beautiful. TFS
Uh-mazing Twang! You hit it out of the park with these mason jar lid ornaments. You really let your creativity shine. Way to go girl!
Love the wood texture exterior, and the weathered window frame too. A gorgeous finale, and a huge wow for the ornaments all lined up together. Magnificent!

Wow, seeing all 12 together is truly impressive. Each one is an incredible work of art and the mason ring idea was sheer brilliance. :) Hopefully next year I'll get to play along. In the meantime, I'll going to admire your inspiration! xx
Oh, I am more than a little sad that I did not get to see each one as they were created, but loved seeing them all together! Once again you have used her challenge to make some absolutely amazing works of art! Hope your family had a wonderful Christmas!
