Modern Interpretation of Winter

Winter is Gorgeous...Just look at her!
Well, I received this amazing prize for co-winning over at Color Me Creative, from
and she is amazing in detail!
Try as I might, I couldn't add snowflakes to this card.  She just seemed to keep me in a more modern mode.
The bow at the bottom is my attempt at depicting snow in metal form.

Here's Winter's Close-up
Colored in Copics and adorned with gems
 Side-View of Winter
The combination of straight, curled and tear drop wire are meant to represent the snow that blows, falls from the sky and piles up on the ground.
I'm not sure that I've showcased her very well, but I sure had a blast!

That's all for me for now, but a quick
WELCOME to my new blog buddy followers and a THANK YOU for the genuinely wonderful comments that you all leave.

Hugs and Happy Stamping...
Lisa xx

Challenges I would like to enter:
Color Me Creative - #32 Multi-colored/Non-traditional Hair ( I think she might be both..LOL)

HeLLO Q
This is so Michelle Perkett.
I like the way you have adorned her, she looks a little mystical, but in a modern way as you intended.

If anyone else is reading this comment Q (QUIRKS) and Onion are our nicknames, Yes we probably are a little nuts! But it is great fun.

Absolute gorgeousness (is that a word? if not, it is now...) As I'm admiring this beauty, I notice the little snowflakes flitting across the screen of your blog and thought 'How perfect is this???' She is colored beautifully and I wouldn't change a thing!!!! Love the metal spirals too!
