I "El-Oh-Vee-Ee" You...

Firstly, "Happy New Year!!!"
Secondly, welcome back to my very first DT post for The Cutting Cafe.  I'm tickled pink, just like little Cupie here, to have been selected to work with Regina and her fabulous team!
This card debuts the It's All About Love printable stamp set.
This background printable worked perfectly for the backdrop of the card.
The sentiment phrase is highlighted next to the soft felt heart.

LOVE was designed on my PC using the free dafont.com website where I downloaded Drifttype and merged it digitally with free papers from Free Vintage Digital Stamps.
The Cupie doll is colored in copics and is from a set I've had for ages.

Hope you enjoyed the card and I wish you all the very best of 2013!!
Hugs n' Happy Stamping,
Lisa xx

Hello Q

What you have done with the letters is just amazing and they look stunning on this card, and the ripped corrugated cardboard is also impressive, creating wonderful texture.

Using the text as a background adds extra interest.

Congratulations also to you as the DT for the cutting cafe.

Smiles :-)

How do I love your card? Let me count the ways... The fabulous background, the textured woodgrain texture, the felt heart, the L-O-V-E letters, oh, and the cute little cupie doll (even if my girls think they're creepy!)

Congrats on the DT spot too! I know you will be wowing them with your wonderful talent!

Well I might as well just cut and paste that cartoon above on my blog banner. hee hee Sounds just like something I would say. :-) Guess I also better get on the ball with working on Valentine cards even though it's the first day of January. This one is really fun Twang. Love all that background script and the digital paper piecing looks awesome. Great job chick! H

Oh wow Lisa. This card is wonderful. Thanks for the link to the font. I just went and downloaded it. Now, if I could just figure out how you merged it with the papers. That is just too cool.
Thanks for sharing. Hope you a marvelous New Year's Eve and Day.
