12 Tags of Christmas 2015 Ornament #2

It got silly...
I saw Linda's second tag (below) for the 12 Tags of Christmas 2015 and the black background spoke "top hat" to me.  I think it should go without saying that when a top hat is present, so should a mustache be.  Am I right?
Staying with her perfect color scheme, I tried replicating them and then the essential Christmas elements of the tree and snowflakes.
Here's the carrying case for this ornament.
Thank you to Linda and her shop, The Funkie Junkie Boutique for sponsoring such a kick butt challenge.  So much fun!

Hugs and Happy Crafting,
Lisa x

Jeepers, you're off and running... I'll be playing catch up as usual - just can't get my head around Christmas crafting before November at the earliest, but I do want to play along.

I just love your dapper snowman star with his cute crocheted scarf. Fabulous little gift box too... I'm off to see if I've missed your number one too!

Hello Q,
Love this interpretation, I always sigh when I see your work and wish I had a mind that could think out of the box, alas I am not wired that way;far to literal I fear.
Your creation has flair and humour;it is a wonderful unique ornament, with a tactile quality to the elements that warms my heart.
Smiles:)

Yay, post number two!! Ok, so not only do you impress with your new ideas each year, but how you take a tag as inspiration, make something completely different, being true to the tag design but making 24 items that go together as a set. Wow. Love the mustache!

Everybody hold on to your "top hats"! Lisa is on a roll!! I can tell by what she is making she is going to rock and roll with Linda's challenge.

LOVE! You have given your snowman such personality! (I will be searching for a top hat to go with my Hub's 'stache. Clearly, he has been missing a critical accessory!)

This guy totally made me grin. He is just the cutest - LOVE the top hat and the 'stache. The pine tree behind him is the perfect tin in to my tag. The accompanying carrying case is fabulous too. LOVE that Christmas die cut on the front! This ornament collection is shaping up to be one of my favorites! Thanks so much for sharing it with us!

Big Smile!!! You are right and the star is adorable, love it with a hat and mustache, the tree is just right and we can't forget the snowflake. The tag is really neat and is just right for the set. Of course you need something to carry them all in. Very creative!
