Nightmare Before Christmas...

If you're a Tim Burton fan, sorry I don't have any movie themed cards to post,
but the songs keep ringing in my head.
"This is Halloween, this is Halloween..."

Halloween Window Card
I wanted to play around with some different card presentations and my new stamps,
so after a few hours of humming Halloween movie songs,
here is a card I came up with.

Window card with Stampin' Ups! Greeting Card Kids
and some extra images I downloaded from the Graphics Fairy website.
Traced a photo stand off of a frame I had onto cardstock and placed it on the back.
I'm pretty happy with this little 3D vintage looking Halloween window card.

Here's another one I made that started out with great intentions,
but I'm not sure where I lost track of the vision.

Mr. Hoo got Boo'd
I punched a circle near the center of the cardstock and then pierced holes around it.
Sewed a cobweb (using this term loosely as it looks more like a dream catcher.)
Made a frame from Nestabilities to hide the holes and then I was stumped.
Hand drew the spider and placed 2 branches to the right with the owl and
then it looked like I had a floating spider web in the middle of the sky.
Decided to add more branches and now it looks more like the web is secured.
I'm not sure what I think of this one, but it has some cute concepts.

Happy Halloween card making!!
Lisa xx

WOW!! I really dig that Frame card! I wish I had the vision to do all the detail that you add!!

I think the owl card is just fine. Don't see a problem there...

You know. I am really worried about that poor Spider. I think he or she is having a little bit of trauma due to those owl eye balls that are clearly passing judgement on it's web design. Like anything else, a nice piece of Halloween candy will probably make things all better. Do they make chocolate candy flies?
Just kidding!

Love your window card!! Such cuties and the 3D is super amazing!
