Here's Looking At You

Hey, hello there! How are ya?
Welcome back to my little ink spot in the world.  I have a little card to show you today that is movie inspired.  When I selected this gorgeous butterfly mask at Scrapbook Sisters, I immediately thought of The Phantom Of The Opera and Humphrey Bogart's line in Casablanca.
I attacked the scrap drawer for paper, still an ongoing resolution of mine, sewed it all together and added a paper bow.  The mask is colored in Copics  and highlighted with Stickles.  A couple white feathers and diamond flourishes for some extra flair and there you have it.
AND....better sit down for this, I decorated the inside too! Figured, why not, it will use up more scraps.
This card was created for our latest linky party happening over at Make It Monday where the fun never ever, ever ends.  We'd love for you to share your inspired work with us and the winner will be receiving a fabulous gift from our sponsor Scrapbook Sisters!

Drumroll....
PICK OF THE WEEK!
I found myself fascinated with the colors, the textures, the layouts and the overall shabby chic eclectic arrangement of wonderful elements that Lisa chose for this card.  The sentiment just makes me smile.
Please click here to see a closer look.

Thanks so much for dropping in and saying hi.  Before you go, make sure you grab some delicious tea and delectable white chocolate lime coconut pie (via special request) ;)
Hugs n' Happy Stamping!
Lisa xx
Come visit us at Make It Monday, bring the food, they won't mind!

Hi Quirks
'White Chocolate lime coconut pie'!!!
Now that sounds like one hell of a dessert, and while I am salivating over the pie I will dribble all over your card because it is mouth dropping...... Gorgeous is the hyperbole to use, your colour palette is striking and the design a pandemonium of loveliness. Your Butterfly would be lost amongst all the action if it was not for the dimension and free flowing cut-out ribbon you have going on.
All together just a WOW.
Smiles:)

LOL I never, well RARELY, ever do the inisdes of my cards. This is just gorgeous Lisa. The patterns on the mask and butterfly are so pretty and I love the shade of pink you used to color it. That paper punch bow is too cool. I just saw one of these somewhere the other day and it fascinated me. It's really a beautifully designed card with the little fishtail banner sentiments and all that yummy bling. You rocked it Twang! :-)

I think I've died and gone to theater heaven... The mask is GORGEOUS with the butterflies, feather, and black trim and how clever to tie this to Bogie's famous phrase! Of course, you know I'm green with envy over the stitching!
Super sweet POTW with the tags and the doily paired w/ the adorable image and sentiment!
White chocolate lime coconut pie? Now you're just getting fancy on us! And here I am still in my pajamas... Sounds like the perfect dessert for a hot summer day!
