It's Good To Be Queen...

Don't confuse her with Rapunzel, this is Ms.Queen For the Day. Her normal attire is ink and paint stained jeans with a comfy, nearly worn out hoodie, but today it's pearls, golden glam and a crown!  If you listen closely you'll hear her quote from her castle window, "All I ask is that you treat me no differently than you would the Queen."
Liliana at Our Creative Corner is hosting this week's challenge and she has certainly thought up a most affluent one this time around. She asks that we all Go Royal!  Seriously, how fun is that?!  The requirements were to showcase either a castle, crown, princess, etc and the color yellow or gold embossing somewhere on your card or project.  She's also included this beautiful photograph of the Queen for inspiration.
Here is my humble offering from a lowly peasant that I hope is fit for a queen.  Card measures 5"x 5.5" and decorated with 2 brick stamped towers colored in copics, gorgeously embossed gate (gifted to me), castle window, lovely flowers, vines, moss and a monogram that establishes this as her royal domain.  Oh and what handmade castle would be complete without a little copic colored bling too.
Feeling regal yet? I certainly hope so, because we all know a special woman in our lives who deserve to be treated like a queen, so create a card just for her and then come over to Our Creative Corner and link it up.  We'd really love to see your creative royal ideas!
Thank you so much for stopping in today. I hope this finds you all doing well.
Huge hugs and a royal wave goodbye,
Lisa xx
Let's Go Royal

What can I say other than you are creative for sure. I think you must really love the 50's. This is indeed a castle and I love the gates. I just came up with an idea tonight and will try to do it tomorrow. I remember watching "Queen for A Day" on television when I was growing up and yes it was in black and white you young whipper snapper!!
