Flower Power Frenzy

Mix it Up Monday challenge over at Stamp TV has decided that we need to focus on flowers.
I thought this challenge would be easier than it actually was, but when I started pooling together all the floral what-nots and wing-dings that I have, it almost became too difficult to narrow down my options.

I finally decided on neutral flowers and let the paper and ribbon be the colors that popped.

Here's my card that I'm submitting to the challenge
Here are the supplies that I used

More close-ups of the card

Dry Embossed card base
Ran a few of the flowers through the BigShot as well to make the polka-dot image on the petals
Bling with flower buttons
Golden Thank You emblem as the centerpiece of the card
Pearl wisps to embellish
Above the white card base is a rectangular paper that I Versamark stamped and then gold powder embossed and then bleached the non-embossed sections of the flower.
On top of that I laid a diamond shape vintage print paper for more texture

I wanted to make leaves for the flowers, and I wasn't sure that green CS would do the trick.  I decided on bending scraps of green hued ribbon instead.

The End :)

Happy Stamping!! :)

Wow, this is such a LUSH card! I love using ribbons as leaves!
Lisa--How do you get the stamptv logos for the challenges on your blog, and how do you make them a button? I am a new blogger, and would like to do that on my blog too.
